Scarmiglione made one last lunge at Yuri, his arms outstretched. He was aiming to rip off her face so he could spit his poison on her unguarded muscles, just to make her feel deep pain before she was eaten.

"oh, well doesn't that sound pleasant?", i say. as Scarmiglione lunged at me, i jumped up and over him. in mid-air, i swung my keyblade and struck Scarmiglione on the back of the head.

Scarmiglione roared in pain as he clenched his head. The keyblade had ripped his cloak from the back and it was still splitting, fiber by fiber.
Scarmiglione dissapeared into a thin stench, leaving without a single word.

i run over to yami and hug him. "are you ok?"

Yami began to mutter.

"Yeah... I hope so... Good job out there, you really did great."

Yami placed a shaky arm down on the ground and slowly began to lift himself up off the floor. His breaths were long and he held them in even longer, but he stood up and looked as if nothing had happened, although that was the largest lie.

"Yeah, and we also don't know if you killed Scarmiglione, he could come and jump you from the back. What then?"

Yami took a deep breath and made his way slowly towards the front of the room. He staggered for a second and fell onto his knees. He punched the ground hard and tried to stand up, but couldn't make it happen.

"I was careless... I should've thought my plan out beofre I did anything."

"We can't sit stationary for long... just... hurry."

Yami took long, deep breaths while waiting for Yuri to heal him. He just had this feeling...like something was going to happen.

i took deap breaths to concentrate. my keyblade started to glow green and i touched it to yami, green powder spread all over his body. "there. any injuries you had should be healed now."

Yami stood up as if nothing had happened after all. He looked around the room for another portal, but saw none.

" So now what? We're trapped in here or something?"

The light from the crystals began to fade into a dimmer light as the thin voice came again.

"I'm hideous! Look what you've done! Rawrgh!

The voice echoed through the room and two portals revealed themselves. One had the picture of Destiny Islands while the other revealed another crystal dome. This was entirely made of a crystal substance, covering in a circle around the area.

"Go home if you like, but be on guard and wish me luck if you do. Seeing as how you defeated him the first time, It would be an honor for you to come with me to the other portal, though."

In the room, crystal shone brightly in many different colors. Green, blue, red, yellow, and orange. The light from them affected the light on the ground, a myriad of dancing colors prancing like fairies.

"Rawrgh! See what you've done!?"

Out of the ground came Scarmiglione, but he was uglier than before. This was what he was hiding, no wonder he wore a cloak.

"All who see this face must die! I'll smite your ruins upon the ground!"

Scarmiglione took both hands up and into a swing, creating a large gust of air that blew Yami's cloak roughly.

"If by that you mean eat what's left of you after you're dead, then yes. Now, Cursed Elegancy!"

A purple gas filled the air. It was seeping from Scarmiglione's mouth like a cascade of water. Yami had no time to react, so he breathed it in with no choice left.

It stunk like crazy, but scent aside, nothing changed.

"Um.... Hey, Scarmy... Try and actually do something that would harm us."

"Yuri," Yami yelled as he ran over to Yuri, covering them both with the cloak.

"What's wrong? Is it just the stench, or is something really the matter?"

Yami removed his cloak and placed it over Yuri, laying the hood over her head.

"This should help a little while this poison passes. When you start to feel better, come on and help, okay?"

Yami reached for his claymore, clenching its hilt tightly.

"Come on, Yami. The Elder told me you were a threat. I see a pathetic worm!"

Yami stood up and cracked his neck, turning around to face Scarmiglione.

"On the count of three... 1," Yami began.

"...2..."

"3"
"3"

Yami ran forward, bringing down his claymore. Scarmiglione grabbed it with both hands and flashed a skeletal smile. The two were locked in a battle of will and strength, both forces pushing releasing energy onto the other in strong pulses.

" I smell promotion waiting just beyond the corner. Hehehe, not to mention a satisfying meal."

"Keep dreaming, it's all that you're gona be able to do once I'm finished with you."

The two were still locked. If one even moved a toe, it would affect their outcome for the worse.

"Why punish yourself, young Yami? Let yourself fade away. We all know where you'll be going afterwards."

"Yeah, your grave. I'm gona be pissing on your grave ugly."

Yami pushed harder on the claymore while Scarmiglione waited. He was stronger than Yami, they always were.

"Ready to give up yet?"

"Not a chance."

Yami took a step forward and pushed.

"I hope you're ready to die... huaaahhh."

A line of stench surrounded Yami and he cringed. Scarmiglione pushed Yami away, Yami skidding on his back. This was the one time he could use Gimpi, but he had to leave for some reason, didn't he?

"That the best you can do," Yami taunted. He looked back at Yuri, hoping that she was feeling better.
